Hello all, I'm Justin, I'm 21 years old, and I currently reside in Dubuque, IA in the U.S.
I recently discovered Mantic and Kings of War and after reading the rules was instantly converted.
I'm a veteran tabletop gamer, been playing tabletop games since '04 (I started out with 40k, then Warmachine and Hordes, and now Kings of War.)
I'm fairly certain I will be starting an Undead army next month (I've already got a 1,000 point list typed up) and I managed to convert a friend (he's going with Elves), so any advice would be appreciated.
Anyways, hope to get to know you guys.
Cheers.

Hey Justin,
Welcome aboard.
As for advice regarding Undead, especially against Elves...
- Get some Balefire Catapults to take out Bolt Throwers/shooting.
- Try and fit in a Liche King for the Dark Surge/Heal powers, failing that a Revenant King/Necro combo.
- A Skeleton Phalanx Horde with the Dog/Rat upgrade is almost an essential. Backed up with a Liche King, yeah, it works out at around half your army, but should, between DS/H make it across the board, and once in combat will regen enough wounds via the dogs that the LK can start Hero hunting.
- Wraiths and/or Revenant Knights are also a good investment (as is the Vampire on Dark Pegasus in larger games), purely to head up the flank and go warmachine hunting. Triple attacks should shift most warmachines, allowing you to roll down the flank. The Vamp is probably best as he can always At the Double.
Stick your list up and we'll see what we can do.
