Current Rules Balance

I haven't had a chance to play KoW since before the new lists came out. What does the community think the current metagame is like? Are there some broken units / broken armies? I know elves used to be viewed as pretty strong.

There's a better balance now but there are still some over-powerful units. These are known about and are being addressed already however. Artillery in some armies really suffers and this too is being addressed.
