Hi to all the fellow Mantic Freaks out there!!
My name is Den, living in the Northeast of England and I've been wargaming for over 40 years, mostly historical periods. I came late into fantasy gaming ( 7 years ago) and until recently used Warhammer rules.
Now that Kings of War is on the scene I can have the HUGE games I always wanted and not the piddling little skirmishes of WHFB! With KoW I can throw the entire army collection on the table and still get a result in 2 hours or so!!
As for the Mantic range I have to say they are the best by far. Long may they reign and boo sucks to GW!!!!
Will hopefully be posting a few of my suggested KoW army stats in the future to watch this space.
Good to be a part of a growing band of real fantasy supporters!!!

I too am only new here but the seniors seem to treat us well enough. On days when you are good you get a little piece of mouldy cheese with your stale bread and stagnant water!
