Has anybody made some stats for these yet? I have just bought one from e-bay and was thinking of using wearwolf stats but then thought about it flying.

Does anybody know what the fly ability roughly costs as I could just add it to the points and try it out to see if its fair.

Other than that I thought about using the mounted vampire rules, but that seems a bit flavourless to me as I want to eventually use one of them too and having them both on the table using the same rules wouldnt feel right.

Does the difference between a slasher and a winged slasher in the orc list help?

Hmm thats 100 pts (difference) to transport a nasty tooled up hero type around.

Yet to move a wizard about on a pegasus rather than a horse its 20 pts (difference)

How dose 50 pts sound?

Using the wearwolf stats + fly = 120 pts which puts it in the tooled up character area of things.

thoughts?

40-50 sounds about right. Perhaps 40.

Bear in mind, adding the Pegasus to the Wizard also takes away his Individual status when you are working out your costs.

Yes but looking at things like lone monsters (ogres, wearwolves and bogys), monster mounted charicters, they dont have the indvidual rule, so I wasnt going to run it with that...

Oh wait you meant that it gains the points from the individual rule (like upgrading weapons).

Id still say 110 - 120  is about right looking at the stats for an elf lord on a drakon...

Infact I'm now leaning towards 110 - 100

Doing a quick stats comparison
Elf lord on Drakon - 150 pts
SP 10 ME 3 RA - DE 5 AT 5  NE 14/16
Crushing strenght (2), fly, inspiring.

Vargulf (proposed) 110 or 100
SP 9 ME 3 RA - DE 6 AT 3  NE 10/12
Crushing strength (1), Fly, Nimble (from fly)

Could also add in the bloodbath special rule which would be more in charicter for them , undead rats are 30 pts so perhaps 50 or 60 for this ability?
taking the final stats to...

Vargulf (proposed) 150 - 160
SP 9 ME 3 RA - DE 6 AT 3  NE 10/12
Crushing strength (1), Fly, Nimble, Bloodbath

thoughts?
