Just realised, this forum limits the image size, right click on the first 2, and select "view image" to see a much bigger and better version.

Gonna post these around the web, since the bigger images show them off a whole lot better, especially the units where you couldn't get a good look at the individual models in the .pdf.

These are definitely the best models in the Warpath range so far, sculpts are just as good as the stormrage veterans, and way better than them in terms of posability/ options.

I really like the models. if i didn't have tons of imperial guard
models lying around here, i certainly would have bought them.

Was looking at bols the other day, and sometimes read the comments
below. a lot of people there think this is a bad rip off from the
elysian drop troopers done by forgeworld.
one even went so far as to say mantic closes his doors next
year because of the higher price. they needed the extra money
according to him to survive.

seems many people are pissed off there is now a cheaper
alternative to the imperial guard i guess.

Cheers

I wouldn't pay much attention to BoLS, I once saw someone on there (during the orc release) who ranted for ages about how mantic stole the colour green from GW.  Roll Eyes

The site attracts a lot of major fanbois, who would rather not see anything mantic at all posted on the website (thankfully the site owners are much more open-minded about the content they put on there). Other non-GW companies often get slagged off on there as standard, because the regulars just do not want to see anything that isn't a space marine. This even extends to non-40k stuff that GW makes, looks like they're also currently having a fit over LotR getting a release month for the first time in 2 years.

There's a lot of people on there that aren't like that, but the ones that are speak louder. Tongue

Edit: I had a look out of curiosity, and someone is on there is making a claim that Mantic re-cast GW models to sculpt the Corporation. Typical batshit frootloop BoLS, heh.

That's mostly the case with trouble makers, it's the only ones you hear.

it is that i don't have and want any facebook account and such, otherwise i
would have replied to him with the following:
GW raised the price when models went from metal to finecast, with your
view on things, this would mean GW needs the money to survive..

how can you possibly steal a colour that is around since probably first
life on earth was there Huh

even if it is true it is a recast of GW models, they look great, if
only they had been their 10 years ago Cry

Cheers

I surprised half the people who frequent 40k message boards have the mental capacity to read the rulebooks let alone understand them...

Corp are very nice models... glad I spent this month's expenses on an Army Box!
