Anyone know of any good how to magentise models and movement tray tutorials?

nope. But sticking some magnatised paper onto the bottome of your mantic bases and magnetic sheet onto your movement tray ought to do it. On slotta bases, I do the magnatised paper on the movement tray and small magnets greenstuffed into the gaps.
