Fenryll, who are a French company I think.  It is made from resin and not sure that paint job does it justice.  They have a few nice other bits and pieces.

Paint job does look kinda 80's in colouring, but I must admit, it does break the monotony of all your armiy's Balefires looking exactly the same! How much is it?
