These are games where the rules are intentionally concealed from new players...

On the off-chance that anypony still reads this forum...

I've completed and uploaded all of the KoW 3.0 Warpath 2.0 datafiles. Smiley

You'll need to update Battlescribe to the latest version to make use of the files, which contain full descriptions for all rules, and profiles for all weapons.

Support for Allies has also been added in the latest version, and now works for both KoW and Warpath armies.

I'm still here...sometimes.
Thanks to you for updating Battlescribe.  I am starting to use it more now.  I got tired of jamming it into an Excel spreadsheet.

I'll have to check that out when I finally get time.  Once in a while I get a few minutes and keep glancing at the army section of the book, and thinking of at least 4 or 5 armies for each race that I want to try out.

Snake-eyes keeps the unit on the table, so theoretically you can stay around forever.  I had a regiment of Ironclads that got to 21 damage a couple weekends back because my opponent was miserable at rolling Nerve tests.  (Snake-eyes, twice.)

I had something like this when my opponents Prince was up to 30 damage (a lot of snake eyes rolled) before I managed to get him off the board

Hey guys,

I have recently received my 2 player battle set (orcs/gobbos vs undead) and had a few questions to ask those who also have the same boxset.

1. I only had 1 orcling base inside, is this the same for everyone? as the box art shows 2? (Mantic have told me this is normal)

2. Instead of the skeleton command sprue, I have the Revenant command sprue, is this normal? (Awaiting reply from Mantic)

Many Thanks to anyone who reads and/or answers!

PS Loving the models and at an affordable price and the game system is so simple it makes it easy to learn and fun to play without having to look up rules every five minutes Tongue

Wee Gamers do a review of Kings of War.

Not the most technical in the world but it was fun doing it. Grin

I've also updated all of my previous supplements along with the release of the Medieval Mayhem supplement! I've added a few special rules, tweaked the army lists a little, and generally spiffed things up! Check them out here:

KoWHAC - Hoplon, Pike & Arrow
KoWHAC - The Viking Age
KoWHAC - Rome's Rise and Fall

Thanks
n.
