I'd be tempted to drop the Vampire in favour of one or more Liches.
You may have to amalgamate the Ghouls, but it would add a lot of mobility/resilience to your army.
Plus, after a few games with the Vampire, you'll realise he isn't much fun. Well, for your opponent anyway.

Hmmm, it would depend entirely on the build of each army.
I know my 10 Werewolf Troop Undead (1500pts) can, if deployed side by side, pretty much cover the length of a 6ft table.
It would also depend on how many units/hordes you had.
Probably somewhere between 1000-1200 points I reckon. 1500 might work, but, again, your army build will determine how feasible that is.

Has anyone here actually tasted an ashtray? I don't mean smoked a cigarette. I mean actually tasted an ashtray? It is the most foul thing I've ever had the displeasure to taste.
If by tasted, you mean poured into a half empty pint glass and then drunk, then yes.

P.S. can bring Newcastle Brown Ale! GET THE FU CK OUT! I haven't touched that stuff since I was about 16, and drank 10 or so bottles before moving onto the Spanish Brandy, and almost drowning myself in vomit whilst I slept. The fact that both my folks had to put me in the bath doesn't exactly make it a cherished memory...

As Large Infantry, they should be on either 40 or 50mm square bases.
Depending on what you want to do with them, you could base them individually or in pairs on 20/25mm bases, using 4 to count as one large base, or do a few on a 50x25mm base, and rank them up to count as a larger base.
Really, it doesn't matter too much, as long as the footprint of the unit is about the right size.
For example, my Werewolf Undead army is all multibased on 125x50mm bases, which falls between the 120-150mm frontage for Large Infantry, and it has never been an issue with anybody. The reality was I had the bases for units of 5 cavalry models, and was too impatient/pressed for time to order 120x40mm bases.
Seriously, if anybody is going to **** and moan about a few mm, then they probably aren't worth playing anyway.

If I was taking a bunch of twilight kin assassins for my skaven force I'm not so sure people would be happy about letting me do it so easily.
From the Invitational - Anybody that deploys a Master of Death is forfeit to a kick in the balls from their opponent. In their own time. by me. Note, this applies to each and every Master of Death.
