Title: Salutations Readers
Post by: Lyracian on October 22, 2010, 11:11:28 pm
Salutations Readers,

I expect, just the same as anyone reading this, I am a gaming fanatic.  I have draws full of toy soldiers, Magic the Gathering cards and lots of board games.  My preferred games are Blood Bowl and 40k.  I am very busy at university, as well as having a two year old daughter, so not playing much at the moment.

I recently purchased the Mantic Undead army as my brother wanted to start playing WHFB and to my mind Mantic's offering was the best choice on the market.  I went to the open day with some friends and one of them purchased the Dwarf army after playing the KoW demo.  So we are looking to have some games of that as well.

Ne cede melia,

Lyracian.

Hi!
University, parenting and teaching the brother how to play warhamster? I am so impressed over here, and rather jealous of your energy levels :P

Nice to meet you.

Welcome aboard.

I must admit to having a soft spot for Bloodbowl myself, recently rekindled by numerous hour playing it on the Xbox...

So, who were you at the Open Day?  I was the guy in the bright yellow shirt kicking Alessio's ass at KoW.

Yes, we are all Fanatics here, in one way or another.  Looking forwards to seeing that Undead army rising up.

Cheers,

John

Hi Estarriol, Well I am only playing games about once a month so Uni is taking up most of my time.

Hi John,  I think I saw you then.  We were playing on the other table.  I was the man in the hat with the two year old

My wife is at work, 1500 word assignment written, daughter playing with her train set so I am going to see how many Zombies I can assemble this afternoon.  ;D
